The Mason Papers
November is coming and it marks the fourth annual National Novel Writing Month Competition. This year I am trying my hand at completing a 50,000 word literary work in less than one month. You can read up on more details at the official site. Thousands of people will try their hand at it and only a few will reach the goal. I doubt that I will, but it is for the children...
This year the competition is also raising money to build libraries in Cambodia.
My entry this year will be my ongoing vision called "The Mason Papers". You might be familiar with it if you read any of the RPG Tales on XGP Gaming. The novel will unfold on one of my Blogger blogs. Click here to read The Mason Papers. The story will unfold on November 1, 2004.

UPDATE: HA I failed at reaching the 50,000 word mark. I did have close to 15000. I got distracted after the first week. Maybe next year. I will still update The Mason Papers....eventually.
